Michelle Boutron is a first generation Latina college graduate from Queens, New York. Also a Navy spouse, boy mom, and avid world traveler with over 15 years experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Michelle is now dedicated to pursuing an MBA degree, making connections and creating a community to influence, inspire and empower all: families, children, BCBA’s and aspiring BCBAs.

Michelle first began her career as a special education teacher with students aged 4 to 10 years old and diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). After teaching for eight years, she obtained her board  certification in 2013. As a BCBA, Michelle has provided consulting services in the United States including time in public schools in Virginia, Connecticut, and California.  During her time in the public school system, Michelle worked with various learners aged 3 to 17 years old whose diagnoses included ASD, emotional disturbance, and intellectual disabilities.

Michelle has provided school district training, community trainings and family trainings in various aspects of the field of ABA. She has served children and families in various settings to include but not limited to homes, community outings, schools and clinics.
