First generation Latina college graduate, from Queens, NY. Also a navy spouse, boy mom, avid world traveler with over 15 years experienced work in the field of applied behavior analysis. Michelle Boutron is now dedicated pursuing an MBA degree and making connections and creating a community to influence, inspire and empower all, families, children, BCBA’s and aspiring BCBAs.
Michelle Boutron first began her career as a Special Education Teacher who has taught individuals on the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) ages 4 to 10. After teaching for eight years, she obtained her board certification in 2013. As a BCBA she has provided consulting services in U.S. Public-School Virginia, Connecticut and California. During her time in the Public Schools she worked with various learners, ASD, emotional disturbance and individuals with intellectual disabilities from ages 3-17. Michelle Boutron, has provided school district training, community trainings and family trainings in various aspects of the field of ABA. She has served children and families in various settings to include but not limited to homes, community outings, schools and clinics.
